The Brasserie de Couvaloup saw the light of day in autumn 2015 in Apples.
In 2020, it was taken over by Alexander Rockinger, a young, highly motivated brewer. The beer is crafted and brewed, with an eye to quality, using the spring water of the village of Apples and ingredients that are selected with care and without compromise. The street where the brewery is located, the ‘ruelle de Couvaloup’, gave the name to this business. The well-equipped brewery produces 20,000 litres per year.
