Within the framework of the association, the sympathetic members are grouped within the Friends of BAM. By joining, you support the activities of La Voie des Sens and the BAM historical train.

Renovation of the locomotive
Restored in 2020, thanks to major support from the region and financing from participants, the locomotive is now used regularly for the BAM retro trains on the Five Senses Route, as well as for private events.

Restored in 2020, thanks to major support by the region and financing from participants, the locomotive is now used regularly for the BAM historic trains on the Five Senses Route, as well as for private events.
The renovation
Started in early 2019, the renovation of the historic BCFe 4/4 locomotive made in 1943 stretched over most of the year 2020. The task was to bring the vehicle up to current railway technology standards while also restoring its former appearance.
