Owned by the Bolay family for more than 40 years, the butcher shop offers a wide range of highly nutritional and flavourful meats. The brand name meats are produced exclusively in the district, either directly by the family itself or by their partner breeders.

Their “Lo Bâo” beef, of the Hérens breed, is raised exclusively on pastures for at least 2 years before they are given a supplement rich in omega 3 (linseed & lucerne). After maturing for at least 21 days, the cuts of meat are available in their shop in Sévery individually or in bulk (assortment of different cuts).
