The range of products made at the Moulin use ancestral processes that allow the aromas to develop optimally and to preserve the vitamins and other precious nutrients.

The first written records that mention the Moulin de Sévery date back to 1228. Six generations of the Bovey family, with the seventh soon to come, have succeeded each other at the Moulin de Sévery starting in 1810. The knowledge passed on from father to son, and now from father to daughter, has made it possible to perpetuate the know-how and mastery of the techniques of the artisan oil producer.

Located in the Canton of Vaud, at the foot of the Jura Mountains, along the Morges River, the Moulin de Sévery is the last mill in Switzerland today that still engages in artisanal activities all year round. Le Moulin is a world unto itself that will delight all your senses during a guided tour followed by a tasting session.
