Brunch in the fields
Sundays Gather with your family or among friends to taste the delicacies of the region. Products of the terroir are served at this brunch, together with a spectacular view of the landscapes between Lake Geneva and the foot of the Jura Mountains.
The Culinary Train
Saturdays Board the train in Morges, taste the delicacies of the local terroir and admire the magnificent landscapes between the lake and the mountains. Add on the experience of a visit to the artisan oil producer at the Moulin de Sévery.
The Cheesemaker’s Train
Friday nights between November and March Make yourself comfortable, relax with an aperitif and let yourself be transported by a charming historic train to Bière. Continue your visit with a delicious fondue and top it all off with a meringue with double cream.
The Winemaker’s Train
Saturdays at noon An exclusive match of gourmet food/wine in the presence of the winemaker, who will present and comment on his wines. For the duration of a meal, climb on board the charming historic train and dive into a unique experience discovering regional dishes and vintages.
Beer & Burgers Train
Friday nights Experience an exceptional match of craft beers and home-made hamburgers created for the occasion, during one of the rare trips run by the historic train. A meal based entirely on products of the terroir and burgers.
